The system which divides into gozaiso*ko and interface resistance, and digitizes it, and measures the resistance of the lithium ion battery (LIB) electrode sheet. I can confirm the uniformity of the LIB electrode sheet and can see materials, composition, gozaiso*ko by the production condition, the change of the interface resistance again, too.
